How do I skip tracks?

To skip tracks when using your SmartDeck, first set the SmartDeck into "Skip Mode" by sliding the Mode switch on the SmartDeck towards Skip.

Now that the SmartDeck is in "Skip Mode", you will be able to skip tracks by using the FF (FastFoward or Next Track) controls on your cassette player. Generally, once you hear the cassette player wind the SmartDeck, your iPod will be ready to play the next track. If your cassette player does not automatically stop fast fowarding, go ahead and press Play or FF to hear the track.

Note: These instructions are intended to work with the average cassette player. Not all cassette players are designed the same way, so you may find that your cassette player works differently than described here.
