When I click on the radioSHARK icon on my desktop, a window pops up that says the device is already running. I'm using XP.
This is normal behavior. It means the software is already running in the background, and the program's window will open by clicking on the radioSHARK icon in the tray. To close radioSHARK completely, right-click on the icon in the tray and select "Exit." Once you exit the program, (or if you restart your computer,) the program must be opened by using the shortcut on the Desktop, like a regular application.
