Is the iMate OS X compatible?
Note: The iMate is compatible with Mac OS 10.3.9 and earlier, however it will not work with Mac OS 10.4 (Tiger), even with our driver.
The built in OS X ADB drivers support many devices such as keyboards and mice. With our iMate OS X Driver, most other ADB devices under OS X or Classic are supported. However, Classic support does not include input devices like trackballs or drawing tablets. You may need to get a native OS X ADB driver from the manufacturer for these types of devices.
Applications that communicate with ADB devices like hardware protection dongles and color calibrators may work with the iMate OS X Driver when "Classic claims iMate" is selected in the iMate preference pane. However, keep in mind that we have not been able to make it work reliably in all cases so we cannot guarantee complete compatibility.
