My music distorts when the volume is turned down.

When playing music on the TuneCenter, the audio can start distorting once the volume on the TuneCenter is below 30%. Here's what we recommend:

• Adjust the volume output on the television itself to a comfortable level.
• Adjust the TuneCenter's output via the TuneCenter remote to around 75-80%.
• Now you can control the volume to be a bit louder or softer from the TuneCenter's remote itself.

Please note that distortion may be present at lower volume levels on some iPod models. The actual level is dependent on the iPod being used, since the different iPod models all output the audio level a little differently. Also, it will be more noticeable on certain types of music than others.
