What is PAL? What is NTSC?
The TuneCenter's video output is switchable, depending on which video signal is used in your geographical location. The US. Japan, and a few South American countries use NTSC, whereas most of Europe uses PAL. If this is switched incorrectly, the TuneCenter will not output video to your TV.
