How do I get my recordings into my computer?

When you connect your iPod to your computer and sync it, your recordings will automatically be transferred to a Voice Memos playlist in iTunes.

Also, the Voice memos will be transferred back to your iPod, but they will appear in a playlist named Voice Memos, not under the Extras > Voice Memos menu.
