When installing, I get the message "not sufficient access privileges for some of the items." (Mac)

This can happen if you did not uninstall the old version of the AirClick software first.

To uninstall:

• Unplug the USB hardware from your computer and quit the AirClick application.
• Drag the AirClick application from the Applications folder to the trash.
• Throw away the AirClick preference file from: User>Library>Preferences. This file is called: com.griffintechnology.airclick.plist.
• Empty your trash, restart your computer, and download and install the new AirClick software.
