Can it hold the iPhone with the screen facing the inside of the case?
Yes, but you will need to flip the iPhone vertically as well. This is due to how the iPhone is shaped. If you slide it into the case with the screen facing "in", you must also flip the iPhone upside-down to ensure a proper fit.
