How do I turn the iTrip on?

The iTrip is designed so that it will only power on after you start playing music. This keeps the device from draining the iPod's battery when not in use. Also, keep in mind that if you already have music playing, and then plug in the iTrip, the unit may not power on. You may need to pause and then unpause the iPod to turn on the iTrip.
