Why isn't the included SnapTune software working?
Unfortunately, our friends at Snaptune have had to call it quits. Because the Snaptune One application for radio SHARK 2 depended upon Snaptune's server, the application will no longer function. While we are as disappointed as anyone by Snaptune's demise, Griffin included this application as a freebie with no warranty. We recommend that you use the included Griffin radio SHARK 2 application for Windows instead. To get this software, just click the Downloads link on the left.
