How do I open my iClear Sketch for 5th generation nano?

The easiest way is to start at the lower corner of the case, where the top and bottom of the case meet, and squeeze a fingernail between the two sides of the case. Once the fingernail is separating the two parts of the case at the bottom corner, slide the fingernail up the side of the case towards the top corner to separate the top of the case from the bottom.
