Warranty Information

Our Warranty

We at Griffin will always work hard to solve any problem you might have with one of our products. We offer a one year limited warranty on all products sold. We warrant our retail hardware products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage. This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser, beginning at the time of retail purchase. This limited warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, and external causes such as acts of nature. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, offered in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Griffin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of this product.

Product Returns

Before contacting customer support, check our support pages. If your problem is still not resolved, call our technical support at 615-399-7000. If at that point you still require a replacement, our support team will provide instructions for sending back your unit for replacement. All returns must be shipped to Griffin prepaid. Griffin will at its discretion replace the unit and ship it to you postage paid.

On Refunds

If you purchased a product directly from the Griffin Technology website, we offer a 30 day refund based on your original method of payment. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. All other refunds are at the discretion of the individual retailer where the product was purchased.
