Griffin Support

If you want to install a new version of Powermate software, you MUST uninstall the old version first. Otherwise the PowerMate may not respond.

To uninstall the old software:

• Unplug the PowerMate
• Open System Preferences
• Right-click (or Control-click) on the PowerMate icon in System Preferences and select "remove"
• Important! Delete the preference file from:Users/library/preferences

  (com.griffintechnology.powermate.plist)

• Restart the computer
• Install the new software
• Plug the PowerMate in
