Can I connect the output into my computer and hear it?
You can connect it to the "line in" of your computer, but you will have to use audio recording software to hear the results. In the software, choose "line in" as your input device and enable the option that lets you hear the audio without recording it. This option could be called monitor, playthrough, passthrough, preview, or a similar term, depending on the software you're using.
