I'm getting a "Firmware Update Error" message. What do I do?
First, try installing the firmware again. If you continue to get a error message, quit the app in the multitasking bar and disconnect your mobile device from the Griffin product. Reconnect, launch the app, and try again. If problems persist, contact Griffin Tech Support.
