When I send a command to Beacon, it tells my media component to do it twice.
Some brands have different requirements for how a command is sent than others. An update to Beacon's firmware fixes most of these issues. You can update the firmware on your Beacon by downloading the Griffin Utility app from the App Store and following the in-app instructions.
If you are still having issues after updating Beacon's firmware, you may need to make an adjustment in the Dijit app. From the Devices tab, select the device with this issue. Tap Edit in the top right corner, and then select Advanced Options. Select IR Repeats and change the number to 2. Test your device. If this did not fix the problem, change the number to 3.
