Why can't Evolves be shipped outside of North America?
Put simply, the Evolves that are sold in North America transmit on a section of the wireless band that are used for other things in other countries. For this reason, it's not legal in most countries to operate an Evolve manufactured for use in North America. There were Evolve units made for sale Internationally that are no longer available from us directly, but a little creative Googling can still turn up those units available online.
