Orders generally ship in 1-2 business days, and may ship the same day, if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 2:00pm CST. We cannot guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select. We will make every effort to send out your order as quickly as possible, however part or all of your order may be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog.

Griffin Technology does not guarantee delivery to, or process orders from, some countries. If you have any questions, please contact our Support Department. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Customs Duties and Taxes: Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government.
Customs Value: Griffin Technology is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.
Military Shipping Information
We gladly ship to APO and FPO locations. Be sure to select Economy Domestic Shipping as your shipping option. Unfortunately, we cannot send express service to APO or FPO addresses.
When filling out the address section of the cart, please place your Unit number in the "Address" field along with your box number (if required), APO or FPO in the "City" field, and select the appropriate Armed Forces region from the State drop-down.
Please be aware that if you use a discount or coupon code with your order, and that discount brings your order total below the threshold amount for free shipping, your order will no longer qualify for free shipping. Shipping fees charged under these circumstances are not refundable.
Our webstore currently accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards. Pre-paid cards can be used if full purchase price is available for authorization. We are unable to accept PayPal for order from our US store at this time.
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, and we make every effort to minimize the time between when your order is placed and when it ships out. Unfortunately, this means that it is usually impossible for us to cancel an order once it's been processed. If you do need to cancel an order, please contact our support team via Live Chat or telephone during normal business hours. If we're not able to prevent your order from shipping, we'll set up a return for refund and as long as your product is unopened, we'll be happy to waive our standard 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage.
